Our customer service team consists of veterinary assistants, receptionists and business office manager. They help manage day-to-day operations in the office by fielding phone calls, scheduling appointments, educating clients, and taking care of pets.
Our customer service team is here to answer all of your questions. Our CVT's and veterinarians rely on our customer service team to gather all pertinent information from our clients about our patients so that we can get back to you in a timely manner.
These team members keep the hospital running by stocking our exam rooms, sending out patient reminders, keeping it clean, and so much more.

Sara - Customer Service Specialist/ Veterinary Assistant
Sara joined our team in June of 2021. Sara has been in the customer service field for 6 years.
In her free time Sara enjoys spending time with her border collie Bailey, doing yard-work, swimming, and riding/following the four-wheeler. As well as relaxing on the couch with her cat Athena.

Linda- Customer Service Specialist
Linda and her family moved to Jacksonville in 2021 and a few months later she joined our staff. Linda has worked customer service/front desk in the medical field (people & animal) for many years.
In her free time, she enjoys exploring the shops and restaurants in the area, attending and serving at church, walking, gardening, traveling, and being with family.

Spencer- Veterinary Assistant (Veterinary technician -student)
Spencer moved to Jacksonville in the summer of 2022 with his husband, two dogs and two cats. He is currently studying to become a Certified Veterinary Technician through the Penn Foster program. He has been working in the veterinary field since 2020. In his free time Spencer enjoys crocheting stuffed animals, playing video games, and going to the theatre with his husband.
