Jennifer Banks is one of our customer service team members. She does everything from answer phones to assist the doc in the exam rooms. She is a whiz on the computer and enters most of our medical records into the computer in real time, so that we always have access to current records.

Jen is a graduate of Illinois College and worked as a kennel assistant while she was in school.  She now works just about full time until she enters Vet School in the fall of '07. 

Jen has 2 cats that she spoils at home.

Jen is going to be missing in action for a little while... but we are not going to take her page off our site..we are hoping she will come back and we will see her every now and again!  Because......

Jen was accepted to the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine.

We are so proud of her, and know she will be a wonderful asset to the veterinary community!  So we are not saying good bye- just see ya later!
